Lisa has over 15 years of professional experience in financial consulting and training. She holds a privilege license for mortgage real estate, and is licensed in the area of accident, health, life, property and casualty insurance.

Lisa worked in both the profit and not-for–profit sectors. Pivotal positions included Provisional Regional Vice President, Milico Insurance Company, Active Duty Military Commissioned Officer, United States Armed Forces, Workforce Diversity and Special Programs, Chief Financial Officer and Special Programs Coordinator, U. S. Govt. and Personal Financial Analyst, Subsidiaries of the Travelers Group. Lisa has owned a book company and two large child development centers.

Today, Lisa owns C&W Group, a Personal Finance and Strategic Planning Consulting company. She produces Living In the Black nationally syndicated radio and TV financial vignettes. And is founder of Circle of Friends, Inc., a not for profit group of Christian women dedicated to helping other women.

As an inspirational speaker and author, Lisa explores intimate issues around self-empowerment, debt freedom and financial health, balancing work and family, goal setting, planning, and issues of faith and commitment.

Her first book, A Circle of Friends Celebrating Life, examines the pain from her past and helps us uncover the scars in our own lives that keep us from reaching our full potential.
